QR code generator for posters and flyers
Make a code for a poster, flyer or banner, and download it at print resolution. Free, and no account needed.
The code is made in your browser. Nothing is uploaded and no account is needed.
Keep it editable
A print run is the most expensive thing to get wrong. A dynamic code lets one printed poster point at tickets before the event, the livestream during it, and the recording afterwards.

Questions people ask
- What size and format should I use for print?
- Download the SVG. It is vector, so it stays sharp at any size, from a flyer corner to a billboard, and printers prefer it.
- How small can the code be on a poster?
- It depends on scanning distance rather than paper size. A useful guide is that the code should be about a tenth of the distance it will be scanned from, so a code read from 2 metres wants to be roughly 20cm across.
- The link for my campaign is not final yet. Can I still print?
- Only with a dynamic code. It points at a Qurl short link you set later, so the artwork can go to print before the destination exists.
- Can I put my logo in the middle?
- Qurl's branded codes place a logo in the centre and keep the code scannable, which is a paid feature. The free generator here produces a plain code, and the free plan produces dynamic codes with Qurl branding on the export.
- Will it still scan on a coloured background?
- Usually, as long as there is strong contrast between the pattern and its background and you keep the quiet margin clear. Dark pattern on a light ground is the safest choice, and always test a printed proof before a full run.
